Whimsy Butterfly

This is a card I did one evening just playing
around with my stamps. I ended up giving one of
them away (because I always make two of each design) for Mother's Day to my MIL.

I stamped my images and used the Stamp-a-ma-jig for placement. Then on a scrap piece of Whisper White (see, that's why you never throw away those scraps!) I stamped a second butterfly and cut him out. I only glued the center of the cut out butterfly to the already stamped butterfly on the card to give him a 3D look.

Softball Dreams

Isn't she cute! I love this little hedgehog! It's a Penny Black stamp called Field Of Dreams. I'm hosting a Softball Picnic for our two softball teams at the end of All-Stars and had to come up with a quick invitation. Here she is! Simple but sweet.
